Q.
Do you etch on empty or full bottles of wine?
A. We etch on both full and empty bottles of wine. The sand
blasting process doesn't do any damage to the wine!
Q. Where do you etch on the bottle?
A. We can remove the front paper label, the back paper label
or both labels. If there is enough room, we can etch above
or sometimes below the paper label(s). Typically if our
customer orders a prestigious (And expensive!) wine, we
leave the front paper label alone and remove the back label
for etching.
Q. Who supplies the wine?
A. You are welcome to provide your wine or we can sell you
about any wine available...just let us know what your budget
is! We have a quality house wine.
Q. Can you
etch on Champagne bottles?
A. Yes, although we don't etch quite so deeply because of
the internal pressure of the sparkling wine!
Q. What is your
minimum order?
A. ONE bottle is our minimum!
Q. How do I pay
for your services?
A. A 50% deposit is required to start your order. The final
payment can be made by Check and of course your Visa,
MasterCard, Discovery, and American Express card. Payment
terms for wineries with approved credit is 2% 10, Net 30.
The 2% quick pay discount is applicable to the final balance
of your order, not your 50% deposit. Architectural Etching
orders require a 50% deposit and the final payment is due on
receipt.
Q. What's the
turn-around time?
A. On a single bottle order, please allow 2-3 weeks. Larger
orders typically take 3-5 weeks depending on production
workload. Rush orders are cheerfully accepted, but an
overtime rush charge will be added.
Q. Do you
ship?
A. We will ship your etched wine bottle(s) safely in
specially designed Styrofoam shippers. We ship worldwide via
United Parcel Service, Federal Express, and Common Carrier.
Q. Will you
guarantee my satisfaction?
A. We guarantee your satisfaction! If at any time, you are
not completely satisfied with any of the products you order
from us, please contact Stu McFarland at 707-252-5450 or
