Enhancing Tasting Room Sales!

Stu McFarland - Friday, October 14, 2011

Do your customers know that you sell those beautiful large format etched & painted bottles of wine on display in your tasting room? Often, visitors to tasting rooms aren't even aware that they are available to purchase. There's an easy way to remedy that situation while increasing your tasting room and wine club sales! All you have to do is let them know, like Darioush Winery does with a simple, yet effective sign.

If you would like more information, or our assistance in providing you with a sign to display in your tasting room, please don't hesitate to give Lori a call at (707) 252-5450 or email her at lori@etchedimages.com

Holiday Etched Bottles!

Stu McFarland - Saturday, September 17, 2011

The Holidays are just around the corner and etched wine bottles make a one of a kind gift that leaves a lasting impression! Our hand-etched, hand-painted Holiday bottles have added visual impact on wine labels and can have the same visual impact using corporate logos.

We have a selection of Holiday-themed designs to choose from, that can be used alone or can be etched along with your wine label or corporate logo.

Now is the time to get your Holiday gift orders placed. Please keep in mind we do require a two case minimum per order. Artwork and bottles need to be sent to us by October 31st to get the order processed, completed and shipped by December 15th.

We're looking forward to working with you during this Holiday season. If you have any questions or to place
an order, please call 707-252-5450 and ask for Lori or you may email her at lori@ethchedimages.com

Dipping Those 18 Liter Bottles in NoChip Dip™!

Stu McFarland - Saturday, September 03, 2011
Now here's a job that requires you to put your back into it! Here's some pictures of those enormous 18 liter bottles being dipped in red NoChip Dip™. Weighing in at 100 pounds each when filled, dipping these into the NoChip Dip™ is no small task! No slippery fingers allowed on this job!

Carlos, with the bottle hoisted up onto his shoulder to help bear the weight! (Note the weight belt - Always safety first at Etched Images!)

Letting the excess drip off the bottle, followed by turning the bottle to form the perfect dipped shape!

And the final product!

An Order of 18 Liter Bottles we're Currently Working on!

Stu McFarland - Friday, September 02, 2011
Take a look at these monsters! This is an order we're currently working on for Portfolio Winery. The order is for thirty seven 18 liter bottles. For those that don't know, the 18 liter bottle is the second-largest of the "commonly produced" wine bottles (the 27 liter being the grand-daddy of them all). Each 18 liter bottle is the equivalent of two cases (24 bottles) of regular-sized 750ml wine bottles, and when filled will weigh over 100 pounds! And yes, they are being filled, after which we will be dipping them in NoChip Dip™! I'm sure these special hand-etched and hand-painted bottles will be used for some very special occasions!

As you can see, a lot of attention and detail go into creating these beautiful bottles! If you have any questions about the bottle-etching process, don't hesitate to leave a comment below! Thanks for reading!
